When you request beta access, we collect your email address and the company name you choose to provide. A demo request includes your name, work email, company, role, team size, expected screening volume, timing, and any current-tool details or notes you provide.
Our hosting provider processes technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, including your IP address, requested pages, browser information and request times. We use your IP address to limit repeated form submissions. Please do not include customer records, screening subjects, passwords or sensitive personal information in a website form.
2. How we use information
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, arrange a demo, notify you about beta access, and maintain and protect the website. Requesting beta access does not create an account, start a trial or authorize a charge.
You can ask us to stop contacting you about beta access by replying to a message or emailing support@altiratech.com.
3. Service providers and sharing
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website and delivers form submissions to Altira by email. Our email providers process and store those submissions and our replies. We share information with service providers as needed for these purposes, and may disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and address misuse.
We do not sell information submitted through these forms or share it for targeted advertising. Website inquiries are not sent to the search or AI services used by the Altira application.
4. Cookies and browser storage
These marketing pages do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or browser storage to profile visitors. Fonts, videos and product demonstrations are served from this website. Our hosting provider may process browser and network signals to protect the website against abuse.
Because these pages do not use cross-site advertising tracking, a browser’s Do Not Track setting does not change how the website operates. Signing in to the Altira application is a separate service flow with its own account and session processing.
5. Retention
Website inquiries and replies are kept in our business email systems for as long as needed to respond, manage beta invitations and maintain relevant business correspondence. Technical records are retained according to the hosting service’s operational and security practices. We may retain information longer when required for legal obligations or to resolve a dispute.
You can request correction or deletion of information you have submitted. We may need to verify your identity or retain information we are legally required to keep.
