Questions
Coverage questions
How do I find a list inside a combined source?
Search for it by name or acronym, such as SDN or Entity List. Its details show how Altira receives it, for example through the U.S. Consolidated Screening List, and a match names the list it came from.
Which lists run on every screening?
Your workspace decides which lists are required. Required lists run on every screening; analysts can leave optional lists out of an individual screening.
How often are the lists updated?
Altira checks most lists for updates every day. The curated public-office set is checked weekly, and the LEIE and Brazil’s PEP register monthly. Each screening Record keeps the data date of every list it searched.
What does political-exposure coverage include?
Brazil’s official PEP register, the current members of seven national legislatures, and senior national public office, such as heads of state and government, ministers and central bank leaders, curated by Altira from Wikidata. These sources name the office holders themselves, not their family members or close associates.
Can we ask about a list we need?
Yes. Tell us the list and how your team uses it, and we’ll show you what Altira covers today and how it would fit your screening.
