Investors in older Tollmere funds ask whether fee fix reaches them
Tollmere’s letters to investors describe the offset for funds launched after January 2025. Two investors in older funds, including the Senior Lending Fund, said the letters did not say whether borrower fees are now credited against their management fees.
A Tollmere spokesperson said each fund’s offset follows its governing agreement and the consultant’s review covered every fund.

Questions
Cases and Records questions
How is a Record different from the Case?
The Case is where the work continues: evidence, notes, assessments and reviews keep developing. A Record saves the evidence and assessment included at that point, with who saved it and when. Later edits to the Case don’t rewrite it.
Do I need to finish the investigation before saving a Record?
No. You can save a Record for a committee review, for your files or before a colleague takes over the investigation. Saving a Record doesn’t close or approve the Case, and you can save another as the work develops.
What’s in an export?
The Record PDF has the saved assessment, colleague reviews, notes and an evidence index. The evidence package adds the saved original files. If an original is no longer available, the index says so.
